Founded in 1965 by Attorney John Stevens Berry, Sr., the Berry Law has been fighting to protect the constitutional rights of clients for decades. Thousands of clients have trusted our firm with their cases and, more importantly, their futures.

Our knowledgeable Nebraska attorneys have more than 100 years of collective legal experience, and we continue to uphold a heritage of aggressive, effective, and reliable legal advocacy to individuals who have been injured in Lincoln, Omaha, and the entire state of Nebraska.

Berry Law represents military personnel in the fight for their veteran’s disability benefits. We also represent in state and federal courts throughout Nebraska for those who have been arrested or charged with crimes.

John S. Berry Jr.

John received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2003. John also graduated from the National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia in 2004. He is a U.S. Army veteran, deploying to Bosnia for Operation Joint Forge. He has served as a Company Commander in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. John has been recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers’ 40 under 40.

Andrew Strotman

Andrew has received a degree from the Naval Justice School, Newport, RI, in 1986; and a degree from Creighton University, B.A. History, magna cum laude, 1978; a degree from Creighton University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 1986. Andrew is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, serving ten years as an infantry officer and judge advocate. His legal background is extensive, participating in several high-profile military cases ranging from homicide to capital espionage. His practice areas consist of white collar criminal defense, professional licensing and disciplinary complaints, civil rights litigation, and medical and financial privacy.

Joshua Yambor

Joshua Yambor is a Midwesterner at heart, embracing the values of hard work and a commitment to his word and his clients. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Yambor began attending Creighton Bluejays basketball games with his Navy Veteran father as a child. He’s now a season ticket holder and hopes to pass the same principles of duty, honor, and family instilled by his father in his own children and in his daily practice as a personal injury attorney at Berry Law.

Seth W. Morris

Seth received his B.A. from Concordia University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He has a lengthy history working within legal sector, focusing on injury, civil rights, DUI, possession, assault and other practice areas. Seth recently won a nationally-publicized case where he earned an acquittal for his client who was wrongly accused of resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. This was one of the first cases in Nebraska where cameras were allowed in the courtroom.
