John S. Berry Jr.
John received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2003. John also graduated from the National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia in 2004. He is a U.S. Army veteran, deploying to Bosnia for Operation Joint Forge. He has served as a Company Commander in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. John has been recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers’ 40 under 40.
Andrew has received a degree from the Naval Justice School, Newport, RI, in 1986; and a degree from Creighton University, B.A. History, magna cum laude, 1978; a degree from Creighton University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 1986. Andrew is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, serving ten years as an infantry officer and judge advocate. His legal background is extensive, participating in several high-profile military cases ranging from homicide to capital espionage. His practice areas consist of white collar criminal defense, professional licensing and disciplinary complaints, civil rights litigation, and medical and financial privacy.
Matt received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Matt’s primary focus is serving injured people and those served with serious crimes. His practice areas consist of personal injury litigation, car accidents, wrongful death, family litigation criminal defense and contract disputes. Matt has also been recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
Seth W. Morris
Seth received his B.A. from Concordia University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He has a lengthy history working within legal sector, focusing on injury, civil rights, DUI, possession, assault and other practice areas. Seth recently won a nationally-publicized case where he earned an acquittal for his client who was wrongly accused of resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. This was one of the first cases in Nebraska where cameras were allowed in the courtroom.
Erik Fern represents individuals who have found themselves in situations that can feel overwhelming, using his experience to help navigate them to a solution. He believes that sound preparedness, careful thought, and diligence are the most important assets to being successful not only in the legal field, but also life in general. Erik has served as the Attorney Coach for the Luther College Mock Trial from 2012 to 2014, and is a past treasurer, vice president, and president of the Winneshiek County Bar Association. As an attorney, Erik devotes his time and effort to understanding his clients as individuals so he can guide them to the best possible solution.
